Once you receive your reservation confirmation, please pay a deposit of 30% of the total price (excluding local taxes) via bank transfer (no later than 14 days after receiving the reservation confirmation). The remaining 70% of the total price must be paid via bank transfer no later than 14 days before your arrival date.

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. If you cancel up to 3 months before the arrival date, your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel between 3 months and 1 month before the arrival date: a cancellation fee of 40% of the total price will apply.
For cancellations made 1 month to 1 week before the arrival date: a cancellation fee of 70% of the total price.
For cancellations made during the last week before the arrival date: a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full price of the booked accommodation will be charged.

Check-in: Your apartment will be ready for you to move into starting at 4:00 PM.
Check-out: On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 9:00 AM. If you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the full price for the entire booked period must be paid.

If needed, we’re happy to provide you with a crib, a safety rail, a high chair, or a changing pad at no charge. Please let us know before your arrival which items you’ll need.

All of our apartments are non-smoking.

Free parking is available right next to our building.

The one-time final cleaning fee is 150 euros per apartment.

The local tax is 3.70 euros per person per night (for guests aged 15 and older).
For bookings made for the year 2026, all guests born in 2010 or earlier are subject to the local tax.
For bookings made for the year 2027, all guests born in 2011 or earlier are subject to the local tax.
The local tax requirement is based on the arrival date, not the booking date.

The apartment is booked for the number of guests you specified. Additional guests are only permitted with prior written or verbal confirmation before your arrival. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee.

Prices are subject to change; printing errors, mistakes, and changes to offers are reserved. The General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.
